Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept e-transfer, and cash. All debit transactions are subjected to include HST.
Cancellation policy:
A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a 30% cancellation fee.
Service Scope: Our services includes , commercial, residential cleaning. Offering move in's/move out, small businesses, restaurants, seniors in home cleaning. Also we offer, deep cleaning, one time and ongoing services, apartments. condos and seasonal cleaning. We will use reasonable efforts to provide quality service.
Liability: We are not liable for damages or losses caused by pre-existing damage, damage to property caused by normal wear/tear, unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, customer property left unattended or not properly secured.
Confidentiality: We will maintain confidentiality of customer information including home, financial and personal information.
Dispute: Any dispute should be resolved through our customer service portal which will be provided once the service is booked.
